Amritsar and one more big city has had great fire in the Crackers-shops. When the govt. grants licences and permission to sell jointly, why are proper strict precautions and fire fighting arrangements inadequately provided by the govt. and the sellers?

Even there were many such incidents in up but in most cases politicians are involved so no action in up even in case one mla of ruling bsp whose house caught fire and destroyed in blast is suspected having connection with terrorists but even no action.
