Here, too, the corruption being the prime cause. Mayawati inculcated (covertly) the tendency of collection money from the hapless citizens in the grab of glamouring her Birth Day. and the defaulters who declined to pay were made the victims of fatal attack. This is State sponsored terrorism and defintely not of poor Law and Order.

There are several states where MLAs have been charged with murder, in different stages of trial. Just because one got convicted in UP, does not mean that the law and order situation there is bad.
(I am not from UP.)
