Vaibhavi Merchant is the girl whom Sanjay Leela Bhansali is dating presently. She is a well known choreographer who has choreographed movies like Aaja Nachle, Saawariya, Heyy Babyy, Dhoom 2, Rang De Basanti, No Entry among many others. She is the niece of choreographer Chinni Prakash. Two of her best works are Kajra Re for Bunty aur Babli (winning many awards except Filmfare) and Dhol Baaje for Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam(for which she was awarded the National Award).
