The amount tranferred through net banking(using atm card) but money does not reach electric board.at that same time the amount decreased from my account. how to get my money.what is the process to get my amount.

-wait for a day and Recheck the Electricity board.website.
-mostly amount gets back to your account automatically.if the transaction is failed
if still any problem.
-then visit the bank.

It will take a few hours for the money to get credited to your account with electricity board. The payment is routed through RBI's NEFT system normally takes 4-5 working hours. If the transfer was done on the week end say Saturday night or on a public holiday it will get credited only the next day.
