The largest deer is the Alaskan moose which is the largest species of deer in the world and an adult bull moose stands about 2.3 m tall at the shoulder and weighs more than 700 kg. And the smallest deer is the Pudu, ffound in Chile and Argentina. It stands only 13 to 15 inches tall or 33 to 38 cm at the shoulder and weighs only 18 pounds or 8.2 kg.
