Million dollar question! Mr. P Chidambaram, who was finance minister during the 2G spectrum allocation, was as culpable as former telecom minister A Raja in deciding the spectrum prices and entry fee. The accusations being hurled at Chidambaram that he did nothing to stop the telecoms scandal when he was finance minister. Enough time has been spent. Without any further ado all facts must be brought in light. The country has to know how many are responsible for this gargantuan scam. Just one person can not be held responsible for such a big mess. Refuting that Mr. Chidambaram had played any role in 2 G scam, Union Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal said --Chidambaram is a valued colleague and has discharged his responsibility without fear or favour and with absolute integrity and decision. It is difficult to say how much truth lies in this statement.

No. Law does not operate on the basis of our personal likes and dislikes. Judges have to follow the established procedure and guidelines while deciding upon a case and giving verdict.
The same legal system also allows Swamy to approach the higher courts and try to get this verdict reversed.
