Simple, first to some physical work. Warm up the body by simple exercises and learn little about breathing. Lie on back and raise head as possile keeping leg in firm. Do it few time. Then raise the leg and try to touch the ground over head. if you are comfortable and healthy and free from diseaseS then only do it, otherwise consult the experts. Good luck.
