A young girl going out for drink and then to sleep at friends house, well what else can one expect ? Certainly its not a news in Mumbai, these things are common.

Gang rape is a social evil. Passionate euphoric wayward youths under influence of drugs/liquor have dared to commit gang rape taking advantage of the weakness of the victim either enticed & lured by false promise of love & marriage and deceived the victim by causing the sordid sex act without her consent in which the pub culture, free mixing, blind faith & believe of the victim is responsible. The perpetrators may get punishment after trial in the court of law but there is no healing touch to the mental/psychological/morale breakdown of the victim bears with the tragic tragedy, sorrows,grief due to gang rape. There is provisions in law not to disclose or publicise the news/views on the character & identity of the victim but news once spread is enough. Delay in lodging FIE with Police entails no quicker result.Most victims of remote muffsil area takes endeavor to amicably settled up the matter with the culprits.
