In the name of micro finance, exploitation is going on. Rural women are availing small loans to start rural small business. Some times success and some times failure. there is no guarantee for one that he will always be benefited. If the products of the loaner are not demanded, then she/he will be face the loss. What I practically see, some people are getting funds, and utilizing it in higher interest through micro finance. Some times people are committing suicide because of loan burden through micro-finance. Hence, question of reducing poverty through micro finance does not arise at all.
