Q.
Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday slapped Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) charges on Kanimozhi and summoned her for questioning on May 12. this would be followed by attachment of properties belonging to Kalaignar TV of which she is one of the major shareholders, besides Dayalu Ammal, wife of Karunanidhi. Both Dayalu Ammal and Kanimozhi together hold 80% in Kalaignar TV alongwith Sharad Kumar, MD of the channel, holding 20% stake.- Do you think DMK let these happen ?

DMK may go to court against the attachment of properties and legal proceedings may drag the case for some time . But the provision of attachment of properties is there in the ED's jurisdiction and it must apply .
