Sai Ram. Any one is safe or in danger as per one\'s destiny / God\'s will. Even in India, they are not safe (road accidents, ragging, suicide...).

In earlier days the british used to shift the criminals from their country to Australia.It is not surprising to see acriminal instinct in the Australian society.

No... Our culture of tolerance & universal brotherhood is not shared by most of the west and they are extremly materialistic.In times of peril like recession , the ugly face of the \"bad boys\" surafce if the law is not truly enforced and we the migrant students become the easiest of victims... we need to develop suh high level universities in India itself so that this can be reduced or avoided.

Yes... what is happening or happend over there is freazy incident that cant be taken as scale to measure the safety of our student.
