No. India Today is owned by Living Media India. Its Chairman & Editor-in-Chief is Aroon Purie and Ashish Bagga is the CEO.
Rediff.com is a share holding company listed in NASDAQ. Ajit Balakrishnan is Chairman & CEO. Rediff.com also offers a weekly magazine called "India Abroad", one of the oldest and largest Indian weekly newspapers, which was founded in 1970 by Gopal Raju. Rediff.com acquired "India Abroad" in April 2001 from Raju who was its founder.
