If you're using Airtel as the MSP, there is a website https://www.airtel.blackberry.com/ where you might have to register your rediffmail mailbox (you would enter your rediffmail password there) after which the Airtel portal helps you synchronizing your blackberry by sending Service Accounts to your Blackberry. You would need to turn off your Blackberry, remove the battery and then replace it after 10 seconds and then turn your mobile on. During the TURNING ON process, the rediffmail service account gets configured on your Blackberry and hence you would start receiving you rediffmail emails on your Blackberry. Apart, you would still be able to use rediffmail directly as well if you have an active internet connection on your Blackberry (the previous exercise I referred would work even if you dont have internet active against your Airtel connection - of course, it would mean that you're in the 299 unlimited personal mail plan that would enable you to configure 10 mailboxes against you ...more

Register ur mobile at rediff homepage....then u will be posted with a link....make rediffmail as ur homepage!!!!!!!!!!

First subscibe to rediffmail pop up service by paying Rs399 and the configure inbox on blackberry. It works.
