In a polling booth in Thousand light constituency, actor Mr.Rajinikanth was shown by TV channel casting his vote in favour of a party. Last time also when the CM of Tamilnadu Mr.Karunanidhi was casting his vote in Parliamentary election the same incident occurred.; Why the violation of the secrecy of voting was not even questioned by anybody? Are these persons above law ?

In this cases, How others except the Voting person is allowed to the place of voting
