Q.
The son of a former supreme court judge grabbed our land threatening us that he is close to YS Rajashekhar Reddy. It took 14 months to get the certified copy of a document from ULC under RTI since the land grabber is using his clout to get relevant papers removed from registrar's office,ULC etc.Judges of LGC are favoring him. What to do.

If you have the original papers of your rights like sale deed, record of right of an earlier date, you must lodge a police complaint first of all. Even if he has taken illegal possession, your complaint is a must to start any action. No body can remove records that easily unless they are destroyed. Any attempt to forge them cannot succeed unless the whole system goes against you, which is not likely. You have a hard battle ahead, but unless you keep fighting you can't hope to win. Judges are not above law, and anything done in private capacity by them or their relatives is equally cognizable, provided you act. Bring it to the notice of any media representative but with proper documents to support your claim. Use a good lawyer to proceed.
