Everyone has already said that it was recited by Biju Patnaik..........former CM of Orissa.

This is a perfection of great souls who were ready to bear the pain n sufferings of others. This life offered to me by the almighty is a great privilege to me n i always have/had the ambition to fightback all odds n help others too as much i can.I believed that there's nothing more exciting in this wide universe than to take birth in human's race.

Biju's words truly reflect his concern.
If there is strong will power and leadership in India, the corruption-free and sincere leader can change the entire country with an iron hand.
All should be treated equal and weak should be protected.
Western wastages by all and lavish spending by Govt. should be stopped.
All our schemes shopuld aim at helping people and promoting welfare.
Let us welcome new deals and not N-Deal.

I do not know who said it. But it's quite beautiful.
More than a freedom fighter or politician he has a heart of a poet.
