I personally am againts this whole concept of lokpal as an anti-dote to corruption . But i would request Dr Swamy to read up on what Naxalites actually do. Anna Hazare does not want to take control of the nation. He has not killed any policemen, or innocent civilians. And he has not asked Muslims to declare that they have a hindu ancestry (which Dr Swamy did).

Now who's dragging ?

No. Anna was doing good job. Swamy could help by filing cases as he does in many cases but he is selective in choosing his targets. He has no right to say that. Anna is far better that Swamy. Anna is not a politician and has no political ambitions, Swamy has.

Anna Hazare did what the silent majority had been tolerating since independance...
he raised his voice against corruption in public life....and instead of saluting his efforts...
to bring transparency in places...where underhand dealings take the cake...
Dr. Subramanian Swamy has issues with him too...Why at all ?
Is it just a ploy to garner free publicity from the live and printed media ?

Possibly this...and I along with the majority would think alike on this issue.
People like honesty ..... but not an honest person .. ..so the honest person is an easy target of intimidation and insults ..
and so no question of rewards .......instead minds get poisoned against those who dare the coterie & be different
So....we must check up on the feed back we get from others.and check their antecedents first...they may be resorting to lies and half-truths.just to drag some person and his honesty down to their incompetent and obsolete levels !! ...more

Dr. Subramanian Swamy has an uncanny knack of picking up issues, vigorously pursuing it and hit the headlines and stay afloat in public mind. Since we had not heard about him for flast ew weeks, may be he tried to come again with such a statement to capture public imagination. My suggestion to him ................. you had scalped many big heads in Indian public life, so why picked up this poor modern Gandhi ji?

He did not win the 2G case by taking legal help. He should think twice before commenting. At least Lokpal Bill was tabled in the parliament and the people of India became aware of such bills and may help us in fighting corruption in future...

In fact Naxalite movement is borne out of frustration of not getting justice from bad governance. There is a Naxalite somewhere in every frustrated individual venting out frustrations here against bad governance.

Subramanian Swamy is the most unpredictable man. Today, he will go to court for uplifting the principles of democracy and exposing the ills of corrupt and bad people. The next day, he will make a loose statement blaming some genuine persons. Anna Hazare is a true Gandhian following the principles of non violence for achieving something great against corruption. It is not easy to weed out corruption which has take deep roots since 1947. Anna is a great leader. Instead of blaming the ruling party at the centre for its total failure on passing the Lokpal issue, Swamy has preferred to blame an innocent, loyal and true Gandhian who is doing a yeoman service to the Nation without any personal benefits.
