Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha says her party will go to 2014 polls alone. Is it a sign of her intention for post poll alliance that would suit her interest? Your views?

For the time being, she and her party are very popular in Tamil Nadu and Puducheri. Hence, it is a good idea to go for poll alone. Things are not fine in DMK as Alagiri and Stalin may not go on well together and their case is likely to be like the Shiv Sena and MNS in Maharashtra.
Jayalalitha has been doing well and if she continues same way, she will win many seats in TN. That will help her to have lot of influence on who will rule at Centre if the results are not clear and her support is required to form the ministry in Delhi.

I think this is in reply to what happened at the CM's meet in delhi where she was not given proper time & attention for her speech which made her leave in between abruptly. It can be a ploy to try & stand her partymen in most seats to get the maximum chance of winning more number of seats. Later on that might come in handy for a post poll alliance with a like minded or the stronger alliance!!

100 % yes, sir. She is very clever. She knows that AIDMK will sweep 2014 Parliamentary elections in TN.She does not want to lose her bargaining power by making any pre poll adjustment.

It shows her aspiration to be king maker in future or given a chance, to be a PM or Dy. PM.
