Not always, some people take interest in imposing on others how lucky they are when they are not and some people like to impose on others how important they are when they are not. When we talk about our problems we are venting out our emotions or frustration and try to get near the person to whom we are talking. Its an emotional hunger.

Yes Sir it is quite natural as talking or discussing about it can ease their problems or tensions.or at least one can write it down in a paper.when reading it later they can find a solution or feel it as less important or silly.

Firstly , Why should I show my wounds to others ? Gentlemen may console me in the face but will laugh at the back if I make it a habit of crying in public . I will go to doctor , take medicine , either for physical or emotional wounds , then only it will subside ...... Isn't ?
For a feel good answer , above lines are ok but we need to have those very special shoulders .... not public shoulders ......because it can hold the head of a friend or a loved one when they cry. Everybody needs a shoulder to cry on sometime in life, my dear. I only hope that you have that special love and friends that you will always have a shoulder to cry on when you need it.......Be blessed. Be a blessing. Get your shoulder ready..........and if it's an addiction , it is a divine addiction
