Semen coming out of erect penis during sleep after getting some dreams about male-female relations is called nightfall. it is not a DOSH at all. it is very common for all those who have newly aquired puberty and do not exercise masturbation. the semen cannot be stored in testicle beyond certain limit beyond which it gets ejaculated by the process of wet dreams

Nightfall is commonly referred to as Sapnadosha. After puberty* when the body starts producing semen* it tends to get collected in the sac until it is ejaculated*. If the person has not mast-urbated* in a while the body tends to counter the collection of semen* in the sac by excreting* it in the night. "Sapnadosha" would be one way by which older generations would refer to puberty* and belittle Se-x*. It is perfectly normal to have nightfalls.
