He is a lawyer fm East Delhi Y/day he had taken off his shirts,climbed on the table in the meeting where MMSingh was addressing-and shouted roll back the diesel prices etc etc He had formal invitation being the forum was organised by lawyers at Delhi's Vigyan Bhawan
