It says Surya's rath or chariot has 7 Horses may be symbol of VIBGYOR, he has two wives, Usha and chaya, He is seprated with chaya or darkness so where sun is not present its darkness there, Usha means dawn and she accompany Him every Morning or you can say she comes for see off to sun when he goes to work every morning :-))
