Fully agree though police are over worked but under paid.

The working conditions, pressure from higher ups and politicians, the people they deal with.....all make them so. They are just numbers with no individuality. We need to have a fresh look at this....and find means to groom a humane police force who can serve people with love care and yet with firmness and fearlessness where required.
