Why are business newspapers in "PINK" colour viz. Wall Street Journal, Business Standard, Economic Times, DNA Money, Financial Express, etc..?

I believe that the colour pink indicates good health and strength as it is generally stated that" i am in the pink of my health" meaning good health. The business papers are pink (exception The Business Line) which a good state of our economy and financial position.

Have you seen the English Daily "BUSINESS LINE" and Hindi Daily " Nafa Nuksan" both are having Business on WHITE PAPER.

May be they want them to look apart from others.... and once , a single paper got hit , others also followed it

Its because in past the Pink colored bleached paper was cheaper than white ones. Later on it turned into tradition. Hence the Business Newspaper rremains Pink.
