Q.

Strange, Parliament wants to celeberate Sachin's achievment of that Sports to which the Body, i.e. BCCI do not wish to be part of Indian Sport League under Ministry of Sports.
Maken clearly said, that the Government is "Majboor" for Regulating Cricket which is under Govt norms.

Is Sachin is above Parliament, that it is bowing its head in the name of his achievements??

It is the job of BCCI, Parliament has other issues of grave importance to the Country and its billion plus. In the recent past the Parliament was engaged for couple of hours in discussing the "Thappad" sustained by Sharad Pawar, by an aggrieved commoner. An IPS officer, Narendra was done to death, the Govt. played it down.

It is the Congress that calls the shot, under hidden Agenda.

I do not know but most celebrated are like that and part of that word knowingly or unknowingly as they only care for money money and money and use name of country only for money and money and not any social service to uplift its masses from problems and depravity , it is time people wake up and leave this kind of hero worship indirectly worship to money and charms

Players, who play in the name of the country, are national treasure, irrespective of the fact on which platform they play. So I fail to see any logic about your statement that Sachin is above Parliament, etc
But I agree with you that a private body like BCCI has long exploited the sentiments and the love, which people have for the players, and taken undue advantage to promote its own prosperity and stature.

If some one wants to respect you for your acheivement, do you you mean that the person paying respect to you is bowing to you, at least i dont think so. by respecting sachin the parliament is not becoming subservient to him. at least that is what i feel the relations between govt and bcci are a different matter al together and cant be connected with the matter of sachins acheivement.,
