Each religion believes that their God is supreme and saves humans. If you accept that there is only one God, though He may take different forms, then it does not matter the name of the God who saves believers.
God operates through 'avatars', whatever be the religion that is considered. Avatars are humans or take other forms on earth. Their work in saving is the same as saving by God, as the act of saving can thus be seen by people who believe.
