In traditional Indian religion a lot of deep knowledge is narrated in symbolic manner through stories.
Here the 16008 queens represent the energy channels in our body. (As you know queen means 'raani'. And if you pronounce rani inversely, it becomes 'nadi', which means energy channels of the body.)
Krishna represents the Power of Universal consciousnesses. So, if we sublime our consciousnesses, into Krishna, then, He takes control and Divine energy starts flowing into our energy channels.
