There is no hard and fast rule as such. But yes, we see the will to live gets a big boost, when loved by near and dear ones.

Wat a myth u r carrying SK. Had wat u asked is true.... the whole world or especially india would not have been densly populted. Orphanages might not have existed.

in gujarat earth quake an infant survived... but not parents.

To live... Love is the least required thing.. as we tend to live for the sake of people.. and we adjust ourselves for them.. be it parents... spouse.. kids.. society.

Havent u heard this - Kitabo mein chapte hai chahat k kisse hakikat ki duniya mein chahat nahi hai jamane k bazaar mein ye ho shay hai ki jiski kisi ko jarurat nahi hai.. ye bas naam naam ke cheez hai.. ye bekar bedam ki cheez hai.

More than love.... priorty is given to duties n responsibilites. You would find many people living longer span of life with very less love or no love.

This type of Q is least expected from a senior person like u

He may turn to be an outcast, should he be deprived of what he deserved, i.e., love in the tender age.
