Stephen Cohen, a well known and respected South Asia Analyst of Washington says on Indo-pak Siachin conflict, "Its like two bald men fighting over a comb."
Is he right??

He is right because if the two men who are fighting have no hair, why should they fight over a comb which is required by those who have hair? India and Pakistan, instead of wasting so much money in maintaining forces in the inhospitable Siachen, should agree to withdraw forces of both the nations and agree for aerial supervision to see that forces of each other do not secretly come to that region. The money saved could be used for development of both the nations.
Having said that, can we ever trust Pakistan? They could indulge in another adventure like Kargil.

Itz gud to analyse n speak......but difficult to explain u'r forth coming generations obout the resulting consequances.....just image those brutes involve China and enter and capture the full of Siachin and then launch a further attack into Kashmir.......then a Bald man wud even loose his head!!!!!

The sianchen heights is an uninhabitable s**thole that has no tactical or strategic or logistical value. What's the point of fighting over it, I dunno.
