The hate speech has come when Police are taking action against the Transport Mafia in the wake of the Damini protest and justice to the brave girl..

This speech has a strong relevance for Congress, since it is unable to handle the People of India and want to wage a Civil War and wants to create a Communal Roits thru Hate Speech.
