Rather than making any new laws or amendment to existing laws the need of the hour is for all state government to set up a task force to look into all the pending cases involving sexual harassment to women that are pending in their states. A report be submitted in 15 days. the case be transferred to a fast track special court under Supreme court and judgement be passed with in 3 months on all the cases. Clearing all the pending cases within 120 days itself would act as a sign that government means business when it comes to fight against sexual assault on women

A Commission, a committee, a working group, a task force, by any name called is of no use unless we sincerely implement the laws without fear and favour. Political will is necessary, even if party in power is danger of losing government by adopting tough measures.
