Hi Shalabh , The best time for visiting Goa is during the months of October to March. Right after the monsoons the weather becomes even more pleasant, the skies clear up and the seas become placid and calm.

Visit goa during the mardi gras festival february-march, its fantastic, the floats parade and road show will drive u crazy., and there are a number of hotels, motels and goan homes who are willing to offer u board and lodge, stay with a goan family, u will get the real feel of goa, dont stay in a hotel, it spoils everything
