Kuselan is it self a flop movie by rajini.
when it is remaked we may not expect a hit,but the there is a change in taste of tamilians to hindi people.
but billu is a remake of kuselan.

Basically BILLU is adapted from KUSELAN which itself was adapted from the malayalam movie KATHA PARAYUMBOL starring Mammootty and Sreenivasan

Priyadarshan direction hindu film named Billu barber ..........as per news papers information remake of kuselan....but that one also malayalam remake....
