I have a friend from Arunachal who was an officer in our organisation. He was a very nice and friendly person but everybody called him Chinese. He did not like to be called so and reminded his friends that he is very much Indian like all of us.
Because of their looks which are similar to the Chinese, people think they are not Indians. This hurts them. It is not proper to look down upon them. If we continue doing so, the day will not be far when they will actually break from India.

The assumption is wrong. The beauty of these places is associated with the locals.how can you look down at them ? These people remained detatched with the main land due to lack of comnunication infrastructure. The same is beig attended to.

You are too much right Chanakya. This is due to raceism, casteism, regionism and undeveloped mentality of the people.

It is also due to our leaders too since they play the game of divide and rule.
