Reportedly Kerala is becoming a hot bed for terrorists as some of the recent incidents there prove. It is also reported that an Inspector General of Police in Kerala went to gulf to recruit people to promote terrorism in the state. Not sure how far it is true. Any one has any clue?

1.

1)What is new here? Mafia, money laundering (Hawala trade), sex trade, terrorism etc are not something new to Kerala. Both State and Central Intel agencies have been well aware of the same for decades.
2)What is new is the recent IB warning that Kerala government has been refusing to control the so called terrorists and extremists in Malapuram district. You know the reason why such a reluctance to act. Vote bank politics is more important to dirty politicians belonging to all parties from left to right.
3)As far as the case of IGP is concerned, it is the worst case of hypocrisy on the part of the GOI. If it could take action on Gujarat State Police for fake encounters, why it has been hesitating to act on the above anti national Police Officer?
4)Terrorism is not the problem only of J&K. It is a national issue and India does not have the resolve and the honesty to fight it out tooth and nail. We must learn a few lessons from Sri Lanka in this regard. Where there is a will, there i ...more

It is a fact that the most literate state in the Union has become a hot bed of terrorism, with connection to foreign terrorist outfits. Then, regarding the senior IPS officer's trip to the Gulf. He has been a controversial figure ever since he was recruited into the IPS. He has been under suspension in connection with his so many foreign trips to smuggle in sophisticated audio video equipments for use in his own Recording Studio. The recent , secret visit to the Gulf country was not to recruit any prospective terrorists, but for the purpose of meeting so many hard core criminals who went absconding and later escaped to that Gulf country and to negotiate their "safe" return to Kerala, freeing them of all criminal charges against them (incuding treason and anti-national ), ofcourse, for a price. What about Andhra pradesh ? Hyderabad is becming a centre of attraction to terrorists. It's a universal problem.
