Some on e suggested me ginger tea is good for cold ,,,, but not mentioned how much intake should be needed ?

Ginger tea....itz for cold/flu/sore throat/headaches....1 hot cup morning,noon,evening,night when having these symptoms!!!

You can still take it in Tea Cups only may be 1 or 2-Not in Buckets is it not !!

If you do not take Medicine cold will continue SEVEN LONG DAYS .

If you take Medicine cold will vanish just in ONE WEEK...:-))
