Seeing as Germany is one of the richest & most modern countries in the world it goes without saying that the employment opportunities are endless. This city offers a high level of life. Although the culture does lack when in comparison to some of its European counterparts. With Germany's economy back on the upswing, this city makes the list for pure economic reasons.
9. Paris, France
Aww Paris, what can't be said about Paris? The city is beautiful, the culture rich, & the public transportation great. The privilege of living in Paris is rare to come by but if one gets the chance I would recommend they take it, even if just for a few years as surely that will advance their life status.
