Some Indians in Europe and America have a living partner and ever have children. Parents in India jump to offer their daughters to NRIs. Should the parents be more careful when it comes to NRIs?

I think govt.of punjab has made certain changes in marriage act after film aamirkhan exposures to such frauds by NRI AND EVEN NRIShave to give many decarations in ths regard as maximum frauds in this regard has happen in punjab
