I remember that some years back , when I used to go to RSS shakhas, seniors used to come to call me at my house for company and gave respect suffixing my name with 'ji' and gave no such respect to my father who was of their age. Similar was the situation in my neighbourhood where ever they visited. They simply called them by their names !
