If we are really serious of building a very strong cricket team we must consider the comments made by Greg seriously and try to plug the loopholes in the present Indian team particularly in its leadership.Otherwise the team will definitely reach the bottom of the deep sea and will be beaten by Bangladesh team also!!!in the coming years.

What he wrote in his book is quite relevant. He has said that people of India have been conditioned by the British in such a way that right from childhood, the decisions for Indians are made by their parents and elders till they are quite grown up and even after that. Whenever some one takes a decision of his or her own, the elders brow beat them and force them to look down. This continues throughout their lives.
Greg Chapel also said that Dhoni seems to be an aberration. He has shown some guts in taking on the high and mighty of the system ... and has talked about introducing young blood in the team.
