Q.
SLEEP....! How can you overcome the sleep, which make your head go forwards or backwards or sideways ,during working hrs or while attending lectures in a classroom or while travelling ? where go and sleep for a while is not an option nor possible ? Have you experienced it any time ?

While travelling i just lean on the railings of window or lean on neighbour if tehy dont mind. boring business lectures will find me wearing dark googles , will seek excuse as conjunctivitis , place my hands on the desk and keep my neck supported on palms. looks like im listening carefully , but i would be sleeping

Keep drinking little-2 amount of water or during lecturers and while traveling wash your face in every 1-2 hour.

Chew gum, or go for a walk by excuse of going to washroom & wash ur face.

While traveling we could just lean on the head rest if that will help or otherwise Rachna.. i do take a power nap of 10 mts sometimes as n when needed, on my seat itself at work to keep me ready for the rest of the day :)

While travelling I 'm a watching hawk....bcz most of the time I 'm the driver....be that Car or Bike....in office I 'm at liberty to take a brief rest whenever needed bcz I 'm awarded with a single cabin....for my office work....
