Crores of rupees go toward a Secret Service Fund meant to pay informers towards intelligence gathering. But with "lapses in intelligence" leading to terror attacks, are these govt funds going to waste??

Ofcourse yes, Its not d matter how much amount govt. is speding for security but it shud be use for d same purpose. Govt. must pay proper attention on this issue. We cannot afford wastage of such a big amount.

The expenditure on intelligence network is must even if it is not perfect. Fire fighting equipment may not be total safeguard against fire hazard. Still we must have these. Another example is that we have fatal diseases in spite of doctors. So we must strengthen the security network.
