Sir,
I have term deposits with the banks. i want to know regarding TDS. I had submitted 15H forms but still bank have deducted the tax on interest. Is it required to submit the form in starting of fin. year or it can be submitted if the int crosses Rs. 10,000/-?
Pl. give me procedure and details regarding 15H form eligibility.

Split the deposit into two and keep it in another bank.

I have such problem try to befriend the bank manager or the concerned clerk to note in your records also remind at the year ends.
