Listening module- constant practice is the key. try n figure out certain pronounciations which u hav mistaken. this will make u used to it. avoid all distractions. one test complete it wen practicing at a time in ur room without any disturbance. this helps u to learn how to concentrate more. in listening u write the ans directly on the answer sheet. I would say a lot of reading would help you very much..read news papers regularly.
listen to audio CD's..often..watch news in english..start reading like a news reader every day.
watch english movies and get used to dialogues.
speak on any topic constantly..
let yourself to make mistakes and get corrected then and there.
no inhibitions till you get proficient in talking adn writing.
above all what would help you is hardwork, hard work and hard work.
