Singer /Musician Adnan Sami wants to buy a house in India-The Question here is now that Can A Pakistani Buy a house in India ??(He carries a British Passport though)

Why this kolaveri! We like his songs and music. If he holds British or Canadian passports, he is a foreigner like any other. He can buy a house anywhere in India by following rules and regulations regulating purchase of property by foreigners.
If he holds British or Canadian passport, he is either British or Canadian. His origin as Pakistani does not matter.
