Q.

Since the ra#pe incident in DELHI, large no.of crimes against women are being reported everyday all over India. What does that indicate? I think we have seen only a tip of the iceberg. People have been suffering without reporting. In a favourable environment, much more cases will come to light. The cancer has affected a very large portion of Indian society. Any say?
