Since many years we all have experienced that financial month or yearly BUDGET declred in the month of March has become meaning less,,or lost value..earlier all citizens expected that after budget is declred there wont be any rise in price...but...since last few years prices increses randomly at ay time any second..its a NASTY mental joke on public minds.
agree..? a torture.
