Q.
We have heard of names of companies e.g. xyz@Son/s But have you heard of any Company's name such as xyz&daughter/s?

1.
Daughters never want to get involved in their father's business, they are more anxious to get married and settle down. They never treat the family they are born in as their own family. Their husband's family is every thing to them, therefore, how can anyone ever name his son in a way you have suggested. If they show any inclination then I don't think any father would mind. He would be too happy to include them in this business too.

I'm in such a Govt. Dept. that all the companies are compelled to be covered under the purview of a particular Act. I have seen and even observing such a lot nowadays.
