Q.
Since government is to give accommodation to its employee, if in case it cannot give authorized accommodation but only tent or pre-fabricated hut. Also it does not allow employee to rent a house can HRA be claimed ?

HRA is givan to all govt employess who have not been alloted govt accomadation
