Silk Smitha brother is planning to file law suit against Ekta Kapoor for making movie on his sister don't u think it is just way to make money the movie has been made for period of around 2 years was he sleeping all these days don't u think this is just a blackmail tactics that Ram Sampath has done with Hrithik Roshan earlier

Why he did not object earlier? actually the do it when the film is nearly complete or complete so tha they can extract money from the producer
